Expect your day to be full of variety and real impact. In this role you will :
- Assess clients’ rehabilitation needs following injury or illness — physical, ergonomic, psychosocial or functional capacity evaluations.
- Support clients to define meaningful recovery or employment goals, then co-design and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Manage cases end-to-end: coordinate with workplaces, healthcare providers or insurers, monitor progress, adjust plans, and support sustainable outcomes.
- Provide expert advice — ergonomic, workplace-modification, functional capacity or return-to-work — based on your clinical specialism.
Develop and broaden your skills as you work across a range of schemes. Your portfolio may include clients under Work Cover, Department of Veterans Affairs, and other Comcare schemes. Our industry and client base is diverse. You will be exposed to transport, agriculture, government, construction, hospitality, retail, manufacturing and professional services.

What will make you successful:
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA as an EP or ASORC)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Strong clinical reasoning
- Occupational Rehabilitation experience is desirable
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Passion to help people rehabilitate and achieve outcomes
