The Opportunity
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you’ll use your clinical expertise to guide clients through their recovery journey—helping them return to work and life after physical or psychological injury. Whether you're an Exercise Physiologist, Osteopath, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist, your holistic approach will empower clients to achieve meaningful rehabilitation outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting worksite assessments to identify suitable duties aligned with return-to-work goals
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary health teams via case conferences
- Coordinating rehabilitation activities such as Pilates, Hydrotherapy, and more
- Reviewing and interpreting medical reports (e.g. MRIs, X-rays)
- Performing ergonomic assessments to support workplace adjustments

What We’re Looking For
Professional registration with ESSA or AHPRA
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine client-first mindset
A current (or ability to obtain) Working with Children Check
