The opportunity:
- Taking a more holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey of our defence force members and veterans from rehab to healing
- Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the defence force member who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers
- Depending on your location you may support veterans in the Gold Coast and / or Sunshine Coast region or current members in the beautiful setting of the Kokoda Barracks in Canungra
- Enjoy autonomy and flexibility to manage your own calendar with WFH arrangements

What will make you successful:
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC/RCAA)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling or Nursing
- Occupational Rehabilitation experience will be highly regarded
- Clinical reasoning
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Passion to help people rehabilitate
