Rostering Coordinator

About the Role
As a Rostering Coordinator, you’ll be the key liaison between our organisation and some of Australia’s largest disability and aged support providers. You’ll manage rostering needs, build strong relationships, and ensure timely, accurate service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing excellent customer service, sales and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate support worker rosters via our mobility Workforce Portal
- Manage a high number of inbound and outbound calls daily
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Partner Providers
- Resolve administrative and technical issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and correspondence
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs and drive revenue
