What your day looks like:
Working full-time or part-time as a Rehabilitation Counsellor, expect your day to be filled with variety and real impact where you’ll:
- Meet clients in person or virtually to understand their goals and challenges
- Conduct meaningful vocational and psychosocial assessments
- Provide supportive counselling to build resilience and readiness for work or daily life
- Create achievable return-to-work plans with clients, employers and healthcare partners

What you’ll bring:
- A degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology
- Full registration and membership with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA
- Pass a National criminal history check prior to commencing employment
- Min 18 mths + experience working in a similar role
- A current WWCC (Working with children check)
- Full Australian working rights
- A driver’s licence, access to a vehicle (ideally your own) and willingness to support clients residing in and around the Northern Metro suburbs (Broadmeadows) Victoria.
