The role
You'll be empowering and motivating employment consultants to drive the very best outcomes for their clients. Your teams' success is what drives you, so sharing your knowledge through mentoring and coaching will be important, supporting them to hit their KPIs. You'll also lead by example, engaging with your own clients to provide tailored employment services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and provide employment strategies to drive positive performance
- Network and market APM services to secure new referrals to our service
- Train and support your staff to be high performing Employment Consultants
- Provide tailored employment services to a small number of job seekers
- Support the Business Manager in achieving team KPI's
- Keep current on industry trends and be capable of adapting accordingly
- Complete all necessary administration to the required standard ensuring full compliance
Due to the nature of our work, to apply you must:
- be eligible to work in Australia
- have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- be willing to complete a Criminal History Check
- be able to secure a Working with Children Safely Card
