Early Start Australia (ESA) is seeking an experienced Team Leader Occupational Therapist to guide, mentor, and inspire a growing team at our new Armadale clinic. This is a full-time leadership opportunity ideal for a senior OT ready to take the next step — combining hands-on therapy with leadership, coaching, and service development.

About the Role
As the Team Leader Occupational Therapist
- Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to your OT team
- Mentor, coach, and supervise clinicians to support their growth and performance
- Maintain a reduced clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities
- Drive service quality, team culture, and best-practice care
- Partner with senior leadership to support clinic growth and client outcomes
About You
You’re a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who:
- Is ready to step into (or continue in) a leadership role
- Enjoys mentoring, coaching, and empowering others
- Is committed to professional excellence and collaborative care
- Wants to feel valued, supported, and excited about their long-term career path
Essential Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience working as a Senior Occupational Therapist
- Leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded
