Team Manager

We are seeking a Team Manager to join our Perth office where you will create an environment where your team will feel supported, valued and motivated to do their best work.

What does your day look like?

  • Mentor and develop a team of 4-5 multidisciplinary allied health professionals
  • Coach your team to ensure they reach their full professional and personal potential
  • Foster strong relations with key stakeholders
  • Encourage your team of news ways to better support clients
  • Drive new service offers in WA and be involved in national projects

 

About You 

  • Proven experience in a leadership role or mentoring a team
  • Allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy/Psychology/Physiotherapy/Exercise Physiology/Rehabilitation Counselling or Osteopathy and current accreditation.  
  • Experience in injury management/rehabilitation and/or clinical settings  
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy/Psychology/Physiotherapy/Exercise Physiology/Rehabilitation Counselling or Osteopathy and current accreditation.
