Team Manager

Support people where your outcomes are meaningful and purposeful
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your occupational rehabilitation experience into a leadership role. You will play a critical function in the overall success of the region in this varied role that will see you managing claims, leading consultants and engaging with clients. Enjoy flexibility to manage your days and weeks as you see fit including some work from home.
- Onboard, train, develop and manage the performance of a team of consultants governing quality and compliance standards
- Provide leadership and development opportunities for our growing, multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals
- Conduct clinical assessments to determine worker and employer needs to recover at and return to work
- Implement, monitor and review rehabilitation plans to achieve a recovery at work
- Engage with and develop customer relations

What will make you successful:
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Ability to engage and lead across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal (either as an accomplished or emerging leader)
- Passion to help people rehabilitate and achieve outcomes
- Have minimum 2-years experience working within the Workcover WA scheme
