Tender Writer

As a Tender Writer you will work, as part of the Sydney based APM Tender Team, in a fast paced environment to develop compelling, high-quality content in submissions of bid documentation that showcase Assure’s Employee Assistance Program capabilities as part of the delivery of new business activities.

The Role:

As a Tender Writer, you will:

  • Analyse tender documents to identify requirements, risks, evaluation criteria, differentiators and win themes
  • Lead Assure’s tender responses end to end, ensuring compliance, accuracy and alignment to customer needs
  • Develop clear, persuasive and outcomes focused proposals for EAP and workplace mental health services
  • Engage with clinical, operational, consulting and digital SMEs to obtain high value content and verify service detail
  • Prioritise and manage multiple tenders concurrently, maintaining quality standards and meeting tight deadlines
  • Maintain and strengthen Assure’s bid content library, including case studies, methodologies, CVs and evidence-based claims
  • Ensure all written content reflects Assure’s value proposition, tone of voice and strategic direction
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across bid planning, processes, templates and governance

We’re Looking For a Writer Who:

  • Has demonstrated experience in bid or proposal writing, ideally in EAP, psychology, human services or workplace mental health sectors or
  • Holds qualifications in Journalism, Business, Communications or other relevant disciplines
  • Has the ability to accurately edit others written material and craft clear, concise and engaging content and has experience in the use of generative AI
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with experience delivering to tight timeframes.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment but also has a high degree of self-motivation and can work unsupervised
  • Is adaptable to changing timelines and focus
  • Possesses advanced Microsoft Office and document formatting skills
