About the Role
As a Therapy Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of our operations. Working closely with our administration and leadership team, you’ll ensure smooth scheduling, accurate invoicing, and timely reporting. Your work will directly impact the quality of care we provide to clients and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate client appointments and therapy support activities to optimise schedules
- Manage changes in therapist schedules and update our Practice Management System (PMS)
- Complete onboarding calls for clients, discussing health concerns and participating in risk assessments
- Oversee invoicing and service delivery summaries in line with NDIS, Medicare, and private funding models
- Generate and manage Therapy Support Plans and provide accurate reports to leadership and therapy teams
- Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and compliance with ESA policies and WHS standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic and professional communication skills—both verbal and written
- Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, therapists, and clients
- Experience with PMS systems and administrative processes is highly desirable
Qualifications & Compliance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Driver’s Licence and vehicle
- Working with Children Check (or state equivalent)
- National Police Check
- Accredited First Aid Certificate
