Therapy Coordinator

About the Role

As our Therapy Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our administration and leadership teams to ensure our therapists can focus on what they do best - helping clients thrive. From coordinating schedules and managing therapy plans to overseeing invoicing and generating reports, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our clinic running smoothly.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where your ability to juggle priorities, communicate empathetically, and lead with initiative will make a real difference every day.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically schedule client appointments and therapy support activities
  • Respond to changes in therapist schedules and update our PMS system
  • Conduct onboarding calls and participate in risk assessments
  • Manage the administration task queue and delegate effectively
  • Oversee invoicing and service delivery summaries aligned with NDIS, Medicare, and private funding
  • Generate and manage Therapy Support Plans
  • Provide accurate reports on caseloads, productivity, and client data
  • Support and coordinate the local administration team

What You’ll Bring

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Empathetic communication and risk assessment capabilities
  • Strong collaboration skills with leadership, therapists, and clients
  • Proficiency in phone, email, and PMS-based communication
  • Required checks: Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid
