Full Time Permanent Role – Monday - Friday.

We are currently seeking a Triage Nurse. You will connect with injured employees and their managers to support them through their workplace injury by offering injury triage, first aid advice, support and linking them into support services and resources available to them. You will be working in a Rapid Video Triage Team which is dedicated to providing personalised health management support and advice to employees who have sustained injuries at work.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

About You

Previous customer service or telephone/video-based experience will set you up for success but not a requirement. As will an adaptable communication style whilst applying active listening skills which allows you to empathise when dealing with vulnerable customers and build trusted relationships with people at all levels.

Why work with us?
