Bambi Bag Prize Draw
Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
Everyday Independence ABN 66601657596 and Early Start Australia ABN 56616435575 (“the Promoters”), as part of the APM Group, located in Australia.
2. Prize draw period
The prize draw begins at 12:00 PM AEST on 14 September 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on 13 October 2026.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to those who register and attend the Graduate Careers Webinar taking place on 14 October 2026, who are legal residents of Australia and aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of Everyday Independence, Early Start Australia, and Therapy Focus and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to enter
To enter, candidates must register for and attend the Graduate Careers Webinar taking place on 14 October 2026 provided by Everyday Independence. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
5. Prize
Three (3) winners will each receive an “The Essential Bambi Bag Natural Tote” from Bambi Bags.
6. Prize draw
The prize draw will take place on 15 October 2026, using the online tool randomdraws.com.au to ensure a random selection. Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries.
7. Winner notification and prize claim
Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw. Winners must acknowledge their win, confirm their email, mobile phone number and postal address by responding to the Promoter’s notification email by 11:59 PM AEDT on 21 October 2026. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, they will forfeit the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
8. Prize delivery
The prize will be delivered by post to the winners nominated postal address.
9. Privacy
The Promoters will handle participants' personal information in accordance with APM’s Privacy Policy. Personal information collected will only be used for the purposes of this prize draw and as otherwise outlined in the Privacy Policy.
10. General conditions
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter’s reserve the right to modify or withdraw the competition at any time.
11. Liability
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Bambi Bags.
