What you can expect from the program
Our Graduate Program is designed to support your transition from university into professional practice with confidence. You’ll join a comprehensive and structured program that combines hands-on clinical work, formal learning, and ongoing mentorship to help you grow from day one. Working across our network of clinics, you’ll gain exposure to diverse clients, conditions, and multidisciplinary teams while delivering high-quality care.
Support
From day one, you’ll be part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team across WA, NSW, QLD and VIC. With a dedicated support person, weekly supervision and mentoring from highly qualified senior clinicians, you’ll be supported to build confidence in both clinical and professional practice. Most learning is delivered face-to-face with flexible remote access via Teams.
Growth
Our structured 2-year program includes 42 x 1-hour sessions (or 21 x 2-hour in WA), with ~80% clinical focus and a blend of commercial skills. Designed for early-career physios (0–3 years), you’ll learn from experienced clinicians with post-grad qualifications, developing hands-on skills, clinical reasoning and business awareness.
Impact
You’ll gradually build your caseload while applying evidence-based care to support better patient outcomes. Through practical training, real-world application and exposure across multiple clinics, you’ll grow into a confident clinician making a meaningful impact on your patients and community.
