On our Konekt Graduate Program, you can expect real support, a close-knit cohort and the opportunity to build a meaningful career in occupational rehabilitation making a genuine difference for the people you work with. From day one, you'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals who want to see you succeed. With weekly one-to-one clinical supervision, a buddy to help you find your feet, and regular graduate networking sessions, you'll never feel like you're navigating it alone.

Our goal is to take you from new graduate to confident practitioner - and we've built the program to do exactly that. You'll move through a structured induction, shadow experienced clinicians, attend professional development sessions and build your caseload at a pace that sets you up to thrive rather than survive.
