What you can expect from the program

We know how important the start of a journey can be. That’s why we’ve developed a 12-month graduate program that will help boost your confidence, as well as your skills and give you the best start in your career. On our Early Start Australia Graduate program you can expect real support, close-knit teams and opportunities for growth, as you make a meaningful difference for children and their families.

Support

From day one, you’ll be part of a friendly, social and collaborative multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals. With a dedicated buddy to help you settle in, weekly supervision from an experienced clinician and personalised mentoring, you’ll have the support you need to build confidence and thrive.

Growth

Our focus is to help you to grow your skills, gain hands-on experience, and progress from student to thriving therapist. You’ll complete a comprehensive graduate induction, shadow a senior clinician, complete clinical skills training, attend quarterly guest lectures, join networking events and participate in monthly soft-skills sessions with your graduate peers.

Impact

On the program, you’ll slowly build your caseload to deliver evidence-based early intervention and therapy services in a fun, engaging and meaningful way, that makes a real difference for children, young adults and families.

All in for benefits

We’ve got a great range of perks and benefits to support your wellbeing, work-life balance, and career growth.

Impact, locally and globally

At Early Start Australia you’ll be working in multidisciplinary team committed to delivering evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children, young adults and families.

Our dedicated teams of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, speech pathologists, social workers and dieticians create fun, engaging and personalised therapy experiences to help children meet their growth and development goals.

We are a growing organisation with over 48 clinics nationwide. As part of the APM Group, a global health and human services provider, you’ll be part of a group of allied health businesses with both local and global career opportunities.
