Shannon
ESDM Program Lead | Early Intervention OT Lead, Early Start Australia
"What makes our teams really special is we’re always leaning on each other and connecting for support. I think especially in those early years, in that early intervention space, you can’t really do it on your own. You’ve got to do it with each other. So having someone in the next room next to you is a really massive benefit for our kids, but also a massive benefit for our learning."
Alexis

"At ESA, I found a warm and supportive environment with easily accessible senior staff and supervisors. The online training and gradual increase in caseload boosted my confidence as a new graduate. Connecting with fellow graduates from various disciplines across Australia provided valuable insights into their roles."
Masako
Speech Pathologist, Early Start Australia Graduate Program
"The ESA graduate program empowered my career as a speech pathologist. With enriching experiences, professional growth, and collaborative sessions, I'm thrilled to create a positive impact on lives ahead."
