Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
Everyday Independence ABN 66601657596 and Early Start Australia ABN 56616435575 (“the Promoters”), as part of the APM Group, located in Australia.

2. Prize draw period
The prize draw begins at 12:00 PM AEST on 17 June 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 14 July 2026.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to those who register and attend the Everyday Independence and Early Start Australia Graduate Careers Webinar taking place on 15 July 2026, who are legal residents of Australia and aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of Everyday Independence and Early Start Australia and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to enter
To enter, candidates must register for and attend the Everyday Independence and Early Start Australia Graduate Careers Webinar taking place on 15 July 2026 provided by Everyday Independence. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

5. Prize
Three (3) winners will each receive two (2) career coaching sessions from a curated selection of Everyday Independence or Early Start Australia experienced clinicians.

These career coaching sessions are informal opportunities for winners to discuss careers-related questions, insights and guidance with an experienced clinician. Topics may include but are not limited to: managing the transition from student to practitioner, career insights into roles, teams and clinician working life, developing clinician soft skills, potential career paths and opportunities.

Career Coaching sessions cannot be used to discuss specific participants/clients. No IP or participant/client information will be shared during the sessions, from either party. The career coaching does not constitute formal supervision, formal mentoring or count towards continuing professional development.

6. Prize draw
The prize draw will take place on 16 July 2026, using the online tool randomdraws.com.au to ensure a random selection. Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries.

7. Winner notification and prize claim
Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw. Winners must acknowledge their win, confirm their email address by responding to the Promoter’s notification email by 11:59 PM AEDT on 24 July 2026. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, they will forfeit the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

The career coaching sessions must be booked in and completed by 30 October 2026.

8. Prize delivery
The career coaching sessions will take place over Microsoft Teams, by phone or alternative mutually agreed arrangement between the coach and prize winners.

9. Privacy
The Promoters will handle participants' personal information in accordance with APM’s Privacy Policy. Personal information collected will only be used for the purposes of this prize draw and as otherwise outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10. General conditions
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter’s reserve the right to modify or withdraw the competition at any time.
