This is a 12-month program in a permanent, full-time role - structured to give you the clinical grounding, the scheme-specific knowledge and the exposure to cutting-edge tools that will accelerate your career from the very beginning.
On the APM WorkCare Graduate Program, the support is structured, the learning is deliberate and the work you do from the very start is genuinely consequential.
Support
Over 100 hours of structured learning in your first 12 months - an investment valued at more than $23,000 sets APM WorkCare apart from day one. You'll move through facilitator-led inductions across health and scheme-specific portfolios, targeted digital and face-to-face education and regular one-to-one supervision with your team manager. Mentoring is aligned to key milestones and case complexity, so as your workload grows, so does your support structure.
Growth
Most graduates won't touch tools like psychosocial risk screening, VR pain recovery programs or data-informed outcome platforms until years into their career. At APM WorkCare, you'll be working with them from the start. You'll learn how digital innovation and evidence-based practice work together and why that combination is increasingly central to high-quality rehabilitation. This early exposure builds a skills profile that goes well beyond what traditional clinical pathways can offer.
Impact
