- Work holistically within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
- Utilise your clinical reasoning skills to support people with a diverse range of injuries, illnesses, or trauma
- Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans with onsite access to medical and treatment providers (doctors, physios, psychologists, etc.)
- Build relationships with health centre staff and workplace supervisors, becoming a valued resource and subject matter expert in occupational rehabilitation for the ADF
- Conduct workplace assessments on tanks, artillery guns, and other Army vehicles
- Explore field environments to observe Defence personnel training and practicing for combat situations

Home to the School of Armour, School of Artillery, School of Transport, and the Army Museum, you’ll be based in one of the newest Defence health centres with excellent workplace facilities—arguably, Australia’s most iconic military training facility.
Puckapunyal Health Centre is only 10 minutes from Seymour and less than half an hour from Nagambie. Enjoy quaint cafes, local markets, award-winning wineries, superb hiking, and close proximity to ski fields in winter. When you’re in need of a city fix, Melbourne is just 1.5 hours up the Hume Highway.

What you’ll need
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA as an EP, ASORC, AASW)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Osteopathy, Social Work, or Nursing
- Minimum of one year clinical experience with your professional registration
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 15:30
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support a common goal
- Passion to help people rehabilitate
- Australian Citizenship
