What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support therapists to deliver high‑quality services
  • Assist with individual therapy, group programs, and family coaching
  • Help families implement therapy strategies at home
  • Provide administrative and clinical support
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or families with additional needs (lived experience welcome)
  • Paediatric or therapy-support experience highly regarded
  • NDIS knowledge (advantageous)
  • Strong communication & organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid & CPR

No formal qualifications required — just passion, commitment, and experience with children!
