What You’ll Be Doing
- Support therapists to deliver high‑quality services
- Assist with individual therapy, group programs, and family coaching
- Help families implement therapy strategies at home
- Provide administrative and clinical support
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or families with additional needs (lived experience welcome)
- Paediatric or therapy-support experience highly regarded
- NDIS knowledge (advantageous)
- Strong communication & organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid & CPR
No formal qualifications required — just passion, commitment, and experience with children!
