About the Role…
As a Business Manager in our Inclusive Employment Australia team, you’ll lead a passionate group of Employment Consultants. Your mission: drive performance, support your team, and deliver life-changing employment outcomes for job seekers.
Role Coverage: Mirrabooka, Midland, Aveley and Kalamunda WA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of Employment Consultants to exceed performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with Inclusive Employment Australia contractual obligations.
- Build strong relationships with local employers, community groups, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on site performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

Capabilities & Experience
- Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills.
- People leadership exposure and/or understanding.
- Strong understanding of Inclusive Employment Australia or related government programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.
- Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment.
- Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Eligibility to meet legislative requirements for clearance to work in the Employment Services programs.

To be considered, you will have...
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willing to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
