Your Role:

As our Business Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phone enquiries, schedule appointments, and manage bookings
• Maintain accurate client records and support reporting needs
• Assist with Medicare billing, Hi-Caps, EFTPOS transactions, and account management
• Support internal teams with administrative tasks and workflow coordination
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and well-organised
• Liaise with IT and systems support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in reception or administrative support (healthcare setting preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with practice management software (advantageous)
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisation
• Familiarity with Medicare billing, Hi-Caps, and EFTPOS (desirable)
