Rehabilitation Support Officer

About the role: 

Working as a Rehabilitation Support Officer, you will support Rehabilitation Consultants with medical administration to coordinate the rehabilitation activity for injured ADF Personnel. This general administrative support function will see you performing tasks such as:

  • Updating and maintaining medical records 
  • Managing and booking medical appointments
  • Coordinating invoices and budgets
  • Coordinating case management documentation
  • Providing reports

  • Medical administration experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills  
  • Effective communication skills & be able to work as part of a team
  • The ability to work the hours 07:30 – 15:30 Monday to Friday on base at Duntroon.
  • Empathetic and personable nature
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Australian Citizenship
