We are currently seeking a proactive and positive Clinic Administrator with a “can-do” attitude to join our friendly team in Strathpine, QLD. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity to grow your administration skills in a supportive environment that values your passion, growth, and contribution.

Your Role:

• Full-time position – Monday to Friday
• Be the first point of contact for families seeking support
• Manage appointments for in-clinic and mobile therapists
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure privacy
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and web
• Build strong relationships with clients and families
• Handle accounts receivable and NDIS claims
• Support therapists with admin tasks related to therapy
• Ad-hoc admin duties

What You’ll Bring:

• Knowledge of NDIS funding and administrative processes (or similar)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with practice management software, Medicare, and EFTPOS (advantageous)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• A proactive approach to quality improvement
• Required compliance: Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid
