Supporting participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment
Helping individuals build confidence and recognise their strengths
Providing creative solutions to overcome employment barriers
Advocating for inclusive hiring practices
Celebrating participant achievements and milestones
Building strong relationships with local employers committed to diversity
