Employment Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting participants with disability to prepare for, find, and maintain sustainable employment
Using a person‑centred approach to tailor employment plans and build confidence
Identifying the right employment match by understanding strengths, barriers, and aspirations
Providing creative, solutions‑focused strategies to overcome employment challenges
Advocating for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments
Building strong relationships with employers who value diversity and inclusion
Marketing participant skills to prospective employers and creating new opportunities
Delivering in‑work support to ensure long‑term success
Meeting program performance and quality benchmarks
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with program requirements
Actively engaging with the local community to promote inclusive employment
