Employment Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting participants with disability to prepare for, find, and maintain sustainable employment

  • Using a person‑centred approach to tailor employment plans and build confidence

  • Identifying the right employment match by understanding strengths, barriers, and aspirations

  • Providing creative, solutions‑focused strategies to overcome employment challenges

  • Advocating for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments

  • Building strong relationships with employers who value diversity and inclusion

  • Marketing participant skills to prospective employers and creating new opportunities

  • Delivering in‑work support to ensure long‑term success

  • Meeting program performance and quality benchmarks

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with program requirements

  • Actively engaging with the local community to promote inclusive employment

What You’ll Need

  • Eligibility to work in Australia

  • A current driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle

  • A MyGovID (Standard level)

  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check

  • Availability to work full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
