What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting people with disability to prepare for, find, and maintain meaningful employment.
Helping participants build confidence, identify strengths, and overcome barriers.
Developing creative solutions to employment challenges and tailoring support to individual needs.
Advocating for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments.
Celebrating participant achievements and milestones.
Building strong partnerships with employers who value diversity and inclusion.

What You’ll Need
Eligibility to work in Australia
A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
A Standard-level MyGovID
Willingness to complete a National Police Check
Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
Availability Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
