IT Service Lead

The IT Services Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of IT services within APM. This role involves leading technical teams, managing IT service delivery processes, and fostering collaboration between Digital & Technology and business units. 

You will join a team where you will be working alongside an exceptional group of individuals who are dedicated to delivering great work and creating a culture of support, learning and inclusivity. This is a hybrid role based in either our Melbourne or North Sydney office.  

What you will do  

  • Oversee the planning, implementation and delivery of IT services to meet business needs and service – level agreements. 

  • Provide technical guidance to teams and ensure alignment with organisational IT strategies. 

  • Ensure compliance with ITIL or other service management frameworks. 

  • Lead, mentor and manage IT service delivery teams, including service desk and service delivery specialists 

  • Provide advanced support for ensure computing issues, working closely with service desk teams and end users to resolve complex problems. 

What you will bring 

You will be quick to adapt to a complex environment and have a flexible approach to work across all levels of the business. Your ability to collaboratively consult and support all stakeholders will be critical along with; 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business; Technology; Computer Science or a related field. 

  • Proven experience implementing ITIL or similar frameworks. 

  • 5 + years of experience in IT service management, service delivery or related roles. 

  • 3 + years of experience in leading IT Service Teams. 

  • Strong leadership and conflict-resolution abilities. 

  • Proficiency with IT service management tools, especially ServiceNow.
