Occupational Therapist

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for that next step in your career? We are looking for our next up and coming OT who wants to work in a truly supportive environment.

Ease into your day enjoying a coffee with an amazing view or helping your kids off to school without the usual morning rush. Start with options to work from home to plan your appointments, seeing clients online, in their community, or in the warm tickly hug that is our team space.

True flexibility is on offer here!  Work full time or part time, school hours or a 9 day fortnight. The choice is yours.

At ESA, we believe in focussing on what you are good at, and allied health is what we do. Did you know that every leader in ESA is an allied health professional? As a member of our ESA family, you will be supported by experienced local allied health leaders, who want to see you succeed!

We deliver on promises by putting our staff at the forefront of what we do.  Without you, there is no us!  Enjoy paid professional development each year that is tailored to suit you and your career goals.

About the role:

Here’s some things that make us different…

  1. Take all the school holidays off and balance work with family and all the other things you love to do (up to 12 weeks leave per year*)
  2. A structured training program to support your leadership and clinical development aspirations.
  3. Rostered CPD hours per year including regular in-house training with industry leading clinicians.
  4. Get the best results for your clients by delivering high impact therapy through a multi-disciplinary team approach.
  5. Salary reflective of your experience and skills. Lets chat!
  6. Ongoing career development support, including supervision and mentoring, the ESA Leadership Academy and our Professional learning series
  7. We support each other!

If you are after a role where you can truly thrive and make a difference then take the step today by taking your career to the next level.  This is an opportunity for you to feel valued and appreciated for doing the work that you do every day.  Our teams of allied health professionals offer an environment where we are all equal and are there to support each other.

We love coming to work every day and how that looks is different for everyone. You will find us working in clinic, out in the community or via telehealth.  Our schedules are busy and varied but work in a way that offers true flexibility and time for team collaboration!

About you:

You are ready for your next career move and it is one where you want to see yourself be the best version of yourself.  Enjoy your days by supporting others whilst we support you, your well-being and that of your future career with ESA.

Please note all successful applicants must have relevant qualifications and be registered with AHPRA.
