As a Ongoing Support Consultant, your role will be to monitor and provide post placement support to participants in employment, identify barriers to ongoing employment and provide a solution focused approach to assist the participant in maintaining employment.
This role can be located at any of our sites locally.
What we need from you:
- Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.
- Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment.
- Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- High degree of self-motivation
- Strong engagement and relationship building skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programs

- Eligible to work in Australia
- Current driver's licence
- Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposes
- Criminal history check
- Working with Children Check
