We are looking for a motivated and professional Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Melbourne. Physiotherapist- Occupational services 

Full time role with a combination of onsite physiotherapy work with our corporate clients and work from home. The role is suited to any Physiotherapists wanting a little less "hands-on" stress in their life but keen to keep their clinical problem-solving hat on. 

Experience in Occupational Physiotherapy is not a pre-requisite, as we will provide you with all the appropriate training to upskill you to a Physiotherapist working in Occupational Health. You will also be able to access ongoing fortnightly training and join our structured clinical PD program within Biosymm. 

Services provided are as follows, but not limited to: onsite physiotherapy, injury management, telehealth physiotherapy, risk assessment, office ergonomics and training services.

What you need

• Qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong active listening skills and emotional intelligence

• Willingness to add and develop a positive work culture

• Exhibit resilience and ability to think and problem solve in high pressure situations

• Demonstrate empathy and a passion to learn and grow quickly in alignment with a fast, growing national organisation

Biosymm Employee Benefits Program:

• Monthly PD sessions with external providers, as well as internal occupational physiotherapy training. You will be paid for your time to attend these sessions

• PD allowance- 50% Biosymm co-contribution up to a total of $1500 for courses relating to your role (resets per financial year)

• Occupational Physiotherapy Titling- as part of our responsibility within the profession and the largest employer of occupationally trained Physiotherapists we will cover fees to anyone wanting to pursue titling with the APA

• Academic Library Access- you have the ability to access medical and allied health journal articles from across the world

• Parental Leave Scheme for both primary and secondary carers as well as return to work assistance post maternity leave

• Career Progression Options- Several career progression pathways if you are interested in moving into another physiotherapist role, a leadership role or management role within Biosymm. We are also now part of APM, and with this opens up job transfer opportunities between APM business units. If you have been with us for some time, and are interested in exploring roles outside of physiotherapy (e.g. Injury management Advisors / Health and Safety roles) we can look to facilitate this as opportunities arise with our clients if it suits all parties.
