We’re seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team in Palmerston North.

About the role

Reporting to your Team Leader, you’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment. This role delivers services across both vocational rehabilitation and community rehabilitation.

Vocational Rehabilitation (SAW & BTW)
• Deliver workplace and functional assessments
• Develop graduated return‑to‑work plans and task analyses
• Support clients through vocational rehabilitation pathways

Community Rehabilitation
• Provide rehabilitation services within the community
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team
• Support clients to achieve functional and wellbeing goals

What you’ll do
• Deliver client‑centred rehabilitation across homes, workplaces, and community settings
• Apply strong clinical reasoning to achieve positive outcomes
• Contribute to a high‑performing, supportive team culture

What you’ll bring
• Relevant qualifications, professional registration, and a current practising certificate
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in vocational and community rehabilitation
• Strong clinical reasoning and adaptability
• Client‑focused approach with clear, professional communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing learning and development
