As the Practice Manager, you will be the driving force behind the smooth and efficient running of our clinic. You’ll foster strong relationships between allied health professionals and administrative staff, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a clean, well-equipped, and welcoming environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, specialists, insurers, and community stakeholders.
Manage clinic budgets, financial reporting, and contribute to strategic planning.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and service delivery.
Ensure all WH&S requirements are met and risks are managed effectively.
What You’ll Bring
Experience working with Exercise Physiologists would be an advantage but not essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A leader who is able to provide training, upskilling and support to their team
Experience working with NDIS agreements (highly regarded)
Someone who is passionate about the patient journey
