Lifecare is seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring a productive, professional, and welcoming environment for both staff and clients on a part-time or full-time basis.
As the Practice Manager, you will be the driving force behind the smooth and efficient running of our clinic. You’ll foster strong relationships between allied health professionals and administrative staff, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a well-equipped, and welcoming environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage rostering within targeted hours, complete payroll and end of month financial reporting requirements.
- Assist in the recruitment of new staff including; onboarding and performance development/management of staff.
- Provide support to team members through identifying skill gaps and career pathways.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and quality standards.
- Ensure all WH&S requirements are met and risks are managed effectively.

- Zedmed experience (highly regarded but not essential)
