Regional Administration Lead
We're looking for an experienced Regional Administration Lead to join our organization in Hindmarsh, Australia. In this pivotal role, you will oversee administrative operations across the region, leading a team of administrative professionals while ensuring seamless coordination, compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, decisive leadership, and a commitment to supporting business objectives through efficient administrative management.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize regional operations
- Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation across administrative functions
- Coordinate multi-site administrative activities and ensure consistency in processes and standards
- Oversee scheduling, documentation, records management, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a liaison between regional operations and corporate headquarters, facilitating communication and information flow
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development for team members
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements to ensure quality and value
- Handle escalated administrative issues and resolve conflicts with professionalism and sound judgment
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders
