RTO Assessor

We’re seeking an experienced RTO Assessor to assess ICT30120 Certificate III in Information Technology with a focus on basic cyber security units. If you enjoy supporting learners into real jobs, we’d love to hear from you. 

Location: Hybrid - can be located anywhere in Australia

About the Role 

Core responsibilities:

• Assess units within ICT30120 Certificate III Information Technology (including basic cyber security units) 

• Provide clear learner feedback and maintain accurate assessment records in the Learning management system (LMS) 

• Evaluate and assess of recognition of prior learning (RPL) applications. 

• Provide support and guidance to a diverse range of learners online 

• Participate in validation and contextualisation meetings. 

• Contribute to continuous improvement and resource development/updates 

• Ensure assessment practices meet Standards for RTOs compliance requirements 

What you’ll Bring:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualification in Adult or Vocational Education 

• Relevant information technology qualifications and current understanding of industry practices 

• Experience delivering assessment in an LMS 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail 

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement 

• Working with Children check
