Lifecare is seeking a Senior Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a part-time opportunity (days and hours negotiable) working to support our Allied Health team in Maroubra and Matraville.
This position given its nature is required to deliver a professional and confidential service whilst also demonstrating a high quality of customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a clean, well-equipped, and welcoming environment.
- Assist the Practice Manager with rostering, timesheet management & debt recovery, payroll and end of month reporting in the Practice Manager’s absence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, specialists, insurers, and community stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and service delivery.
- Ensure all WH&S requirements are met and risks are managed effectively.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience working in a medical / allied health setting
- Experience with a medical/clinical software, preferably Nookal or similar
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who is passionate about the patient journey
