The role:
Leverage your clinical expertise to support and guide your clients on their journey back to work and life after physical or psychological injury. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their rehabilitation goals through a holistic approach.
In this role, you will:
- Gain a detailed understanding of your clients’ injury history through initial needs assessments.
- Conduct a variety of assessments and screening tools such as worksite assessments, job task analysis, ergonomic assessments and ADLs to support development short-term and long-term rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with other health practitioners through case conferencing to facilitate rehabilitation and recovery needs.
- Facilitate a progressive return-to-work through tailored planning.
What you need
- A degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (Provisional and Fully Registered).
- Full registration with AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA
- Ideally, 12 months + experience working in a similar position or 2 + years minimum clinical experience in a relevant profession.
- Full Australian working rights
- A valid driver’s licence
