SPPS/OGS Consultant

 

As a Post Placement Support Consultant, your role will be to monitor and provide post placement support to participants in employment, identify barriers to ongoing employment and provide a solution focused approach to assist the participant in maintaining employment. 

This role can be located at any of our sites locally.

What we need from you:

  • Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.
  • Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • High degree of self-motivation  
  • Strong engagement and relationship building skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programs

Essential requirements

  • Eligible to work in Australia
  • Current driver's licence
  • Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposes
  • Criminal history check
  • Working with Children Check
