As a TA Consultant at APM, you will partner with Hiring Managers at all levels of the business to understand current and future workforce requirements to enable the delivery of effective recruitment solutions. You will proactively source for candidates using a variety of candidate attraction tools and will create recruitment strategies depending on individual role requirements.
Working in a collaborative team of experienced TA professionals, you will provide talent acquisition services to several growing health, community services and corporate portfolios.

- Working on various Talent Acquisition initiatives to improve service delivery
- Delivering a positive candidate and customer experience regardless of the outcome
About you
You are solutions-focused and have a natural curiosity to understand candidate drivers and behaviours. You have a passion for and understand the importance of providing a positive candidate and Hiring manager experience.
- Demonstrated success in a Talent Acquisition role, ideally Allied Health, Social sector, NFP, Aged Care or Volume agency role.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills coupled with transparency in communication
- Success gained in a variety of Talent Acquisition activities – projects, competitor analysis, recruitment marketing, etc.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
