About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, personable Therapy Coordinator with a strong “can-do” attitude to join our welcoming Westbourne park  team. If you love being organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping people, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for families reaching out to our service
• Manage appointments for our amazing team of therapists (in-clinic and mobile)
• Keep client records accurate and confidential
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and web
• Build strong relationships with clients and families
• Handle accounts receivable and NDIS claims
• Support therapists with admin tasks related to therapy
• General typing, data entry, and computer work

What You’ll Bring

• Experience with practice management software (essential)
• Knowledge of NDIS admin requirements or similar funding packages
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
