Business Manager, Disability Employment Services

Do you have extensive experience working in the Disability Employment Services (soon to be named Inclusive Employment Australia) Industry and enjoy leading a small team?

Join APM in Werribee as a Disability Employment Services (DES) Business Manager, where you can apply your people skills and management experience to create opportunities to place people with a disability into employment.

The role

You'll be empowering and motivating a team of DES consultants to drive the very best outcomes for job seekers who have a disability. Your teams' success is what drives you, so regular training and mentoring will be important, supporting them to hit their KPIs. You'll also lead by example, engaging with job seekers to provide tailored disability employment services.
