About the Role:
As Central Support Team Manager, you’ll lead a diverse national team of clinical and non-clinical professionals supporting older Australians as they navigate their My Aged Care pathway. You’ll manage multiple team leaders across Australia, ensuring efficient triage, high-quality support plan reviews, delegation of Assessment outcomes and smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders to deliver outstanding client experiences and prevent workflow bottlenecks.
- Interpret and analyse performance data across multiple platforms to identify priorities, guide decision-making, and optimise service delivery.
- Allocate resources and adapt quickly to changing operational drivers.
- Foster a culture of responsiveness, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act (2024), Australian Aged Care Standards, and the Statement of Rights.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What will make you successful:
- 5+ years’ operational management experience in a dynamic delivery context
- Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally gained in a service delivery/ logistics/call centre context
- Ability to analyse and interpret performance data to optimise service delivery
- Proven results orientation
- Demonstrated people management and coaching experience
- Demonstrated understanding of telephony systems
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Proven change management skills and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated self-starter
- Highly developed planning and organisational skills
