Our Marketing and Engagement Lead – Mental Health and Well Being (MEL) supports business delivery, market expansion and growth in the APM Mental Health and Wellbeing portfolio with the development and execution of strategic marketing and engagement plans. This role can be based in Perth or Sydney.
Key Responsibilities as an MEL
- Design, development and execution of strategic growth and marketing strategies to drive market expansion and business growth across the Mental Health and Wellbeing portfolio
- Design and deliver customer acquisition and conversion, nurture and retention strategies
- Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies for key clients
- Collaborate with the sales team on strategic opportunities, developing pitch materials, case studies and RFP responses
- Management and optimisation of the portfolio’s web and digital presence
- Design and develop BAU communication and marketing materials, content and presentations
- Deliver reporting and analytics to inform ROI of marketing activities
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- 5 to 10+ years’ experience in similar B2B and B2C role with demonstrated strategic marketing and business planning skills and success.
- Previous demonstrated experience in growth marketing within health, human services or similar industry
- Strong technical capability and understanding of web and CRM platforms and programs, digital and social channel management, automated marketing and the Adobe and Canva suites
- People leadership experience would be highly valued
- Customer focus and commercially astute
- Relevant business or marketing qualifications
- Experience in content, relationship and event marketing.
- Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills
- Proven commercial and analytical capability nd the ability to leverage data-driven insights
