Massage Therapist and Massage Therapist Lead- Monday to Friday roles
Full time roles providing on-site and in clinic, high-quality Massage services for private and corporate clients to meet the injury management and employee wellbeing requirements. The Massage Therapist Lead coordinates and grows the corporate wellness service and mentors a growing team of Massage Therapists.
Drive-in / drive-out and fly-in / fly-out rosters vary dependent on respective work sites.
Services provided include massage therapy services and general health promotion services,
What you need
• Diploma in Massage Therapy or higher and current professional association membership
• Past experience in leading and mentoring teams (as the Lead)
• Strong active listening skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to use electronic client management systems and MS suite
• Ability to proactively establish and sustain effective stakeholder relationships
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Current ‘C’ Class Manual Driver’s License with the ability to drive a manual light vehicle
