What you’ll do
You will lead a group of Practice Principals and Team Leaders to ensure our clinics deliver exceptional therapy services and outstanding client experiences. Your role spans clinical leadership, operational excellence, financial performance and people development.
What you’ll bring
- A relevant allied health degree and registration as a health professional.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within multidisciplinary allied health teams.
- Strong clinical capability, with experience delivering evidence‑based, goal‑focused therapy in paediatric or early intervention settings.
- A track record of achieving clinical, financial and quality KPIs and supporting others to do the same.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence, coach and inspire.
- Strong organisational, operational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites.
- Confidence in driving change, continuous improvement and innovation.
- High‑level documentation, reporting and analytical skills.
- Required checks: Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid
