We are currently seeking a System Administrator to join our team in Brisbane on a Fixed Term 12 month contract.The Systems Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the PSA (People Services & Analytics) team by managing and optimising a suite of People systems, including the Learning Management System (LMS), Deputy, and Culture Amp.
In this role you will:
- Full cycle user administration including: ; managing roles and permissions; identifying and allocating LMS content; verifying and tracking user progress; training; and auditing, maintaining users.
- Systems maintenance including the management and integration of product releases and updates.
- Analyse reports and data to make recommendations for business process improvements
- Triaging user incidents across the people systems.
Skills you’ll bring
- Strong understanding of HRIS, LMS, and workforce management systems (e.g., Deputy, Culture Amp, and similar platforms).
- Advanced level MS Excel and data analysis experience.
- Strong customer service experience with a customer-centric solutions-first approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
