This full-time or part-time (0.6-1 FTE) opportunity is ideal for an experienced Speech Pathologist ready to take the next step in their professional journey. A relocation allowance will be considered for candidates moving from interstate.

About the Role 

As a Team Leader, you will manage your own caseload while leading and mentoring a team of allied health professionals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional outcomes for our young clients within a well-supported and collaborative environment. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-performing team 

• Providing clinical supervision and professional development support 

• Upholding high standards of professionalism and ethical practice 

• Partnering with families throughout their therapy journey 

• Using advanced client management systems to streamline documentation and communication

About You 

• You are driven, empathetic, and passionate about helping others succeed 

• You have a strong background in early intervention (minimum 3 years clinical experience) 

• You’re ready to take on a leadership role while continuing to grow clinically 

• You’re an excellent communicator and relationship builder 

• You hold relevant tertiary qualifications and professional registration (AHPRA) / SPA

• You’re enthusiastic and ready to make a meaningful impact
