Team Leader – Speech Pathologist

This full-time or part-time (0.6-1 FTE) opportunity is ideal for an experienced Speech Pathologist ready to take the next step in their professional journey. A relocation allowance will be considered for candidates moving from interstate.

About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will manage your own caseload while leading and mentoring a team of allied health professionals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional outcomes for our young clients within a well-supported and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-performing team
Providing clinical supervision and professional development support
Upholding high standards of professionalism and ethical practice
Partnering with families throughout their therapy journey
Using advanced client management systems to streamline documentation and communication

About You
You are driven, empathetic, and passionate about helping others succeed
You have a strong background in early intervention (minimum 3 years clinical experience)
You’re ready to take on a leadership role while continuing to grow clinically
You’re an excellent communicator and relationship builder
You hold relevant tertiary qualifications and professional registration (AHPRA) / SPA
You’re enthusiastic and ready to make a meaningful impact
