Meet the people of APM: Nicole Grant

Building a long-term career with APM

Nicole Grant joined APM as a Graduate in 2002 and has built a long-term career as a dedicated and committed occupational therapist. Initially working as a Rehabilitation Consultant in a number of locations across Australia, Nicole took a career break to raise her young family and gain experience as a paediatric OT in private practice. 

She returned to the APM in 2018, joining Early Start Australia, a leading provider of evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children, young adults and families, and part of the APM Group.

Nicole has enjoyed a diverse career pathway as part of the APM Group, working in many different regions and with varied client groups, and is grateful for the unwavering support to build her skills as a clinician and as a leader.

In her current role as Head of Clinical Governance at Early Start Australia, Nicole finds meaning in the connection she makes with therapists across the country, offering her support and expertise as they seek to make an impact and an important difference to the lives of children and their families.
